POSITIVES
Software
Everything looks incredibly clean. The black and white gradient works really well with regards to contrast and therefore makes looking and searching in the lobby really easy to do. All of the usual features are available from the lobby with Fixed, No Limit and limit filters. The tables are minimalist to say the least with the most information available for display at any time given in the screenshot above. You will probably think it looks pretty bare like I did, but the thing to remember is that they have gone for the simple style on purpose. A nice feature is the flash client that you can launch direct from their website.
Game variety
This site is primarily devoted to NL Texas Holdem however it does have some more abstract poker games on the net. Apart from NL Holdem, 32 Card Poker, Amerikana and Telesina games are all available for those of us that way inclined. This is not as much as some of the other poker rooms, but with Player/flop percentages around the 65-70% mark who really cares when there are so many fish about?! The best tournament on offer is the Sunday €1500 Guaranteed.
Bonuses and Rakeback
This is something that FatbetPoker are very strong with. They are currently offering 100% up to €1000. This together with the most generous rakeback promotion on the internet today (50%) means this site is worth a look.
Deposit/Withdrawal
This is something done reasonably well at Fatbet Poker with all of the usual providers signed up and available to use. A big advantage is you can withdraw back to your visa card which some poker rooms refuse to do.
Competition
This is the main reason for signing up to this website. The players generally tend to be new to the game and learning their trade here. For the more experienced player there should be some easy pickings.

Support
The support is pretty fast. You can contact Fat Bet Poker by fax, telephone and e-mail. No live chat but big thumbs up for the toll free telephone support.
NEGATIVES
Tournament players will be disappointed with Fatbet Poker as its limits are very much restricted to micro entries. This will lead to low payouts and very few if any guaranteed events. Taking that to the next step, I would say out of the traditional poker games only NL Holdem is available and again only at the smaller limits. The traffic at the site is low which will generally hamper any big promotions they may be thinking of doing so you are not going to find a $50,000 guaranteed tournament at this site.
Most of the other issues stem from having a low user base which has a knock on effect on the poker rooms ability to offer the bigger prizes to attract more players. Everything else about the client is perfectly usable.
