Poker Heaven Review
Poker Heaven is another poker room in the Boss Media software stable and has all of the things you would come to expect from their software. Conveniently, the software download comes in a MAC friendly version as well as the standard PC variety. The base currency at the Poker room is Euros and it is the only poker room where a table is broadcast on UK television. It is now the 8th largest online network in terms of traffic and this can only go up. During European Daytime, expect to find around 3000 players online at any time. This rises to 7000 in the evenings.

POSITIVES
If you like low to medium stakes NL Holdem then this is a very good poker room. The tables are fast and the players quite loose in their attitude. The traffic ranges from about 3-13k players at one time so you should be able to get a game at a time that suits you.
Software
I can only find complimentary things to say about Poker Heavens software. It is perfectly functional with all of the things you'd expect to see where they should be. This is no PKR that's for sure but it is most definitely for a different audience. The games are quick and allows for multitabling with ease. The lobby is great. It is clearly displayed with lots of information available. The black, white and red colour scheme also works really well together. On a recent update, Poker Heaven have incorporated the ability to play locally or globally allowing you to pick tables in different time zones where players might be at the end of their poker session and therefore more likely to be making mistakes.
Game variety
As with all of the poker rooms on the boss network, Poker Heaven provides a very large selection of games. They also have tables dedicated to practice even the more obscure games on offer which makes this an ideal place to start learning other variations of poker.
Bonuses and Rakeback
Poker Heaven is offering an absolutely fantastic deal to first time depositors. They are offering a 200% first deposit bonus up to €1000 for all new players which compared to the majority of other poker rooms is fantastic. There is a sit n Go race (leader board) each month in 3 divisions (low, medium and high). There is also a very generous Frequent player points system in place giving 1 point for every €0.25 in rake. The rakeback offered is 30% and about average for the industry.
Deposit/Withdrawal
As you would expect from such a solid poker client, the transfers of funds is always smooth and comes in a variety of options. E-wallets and debit credit cards are the norm for both inbound and outbound transactions.
Loose Players
Due to the television advertising and broadcasting of this poker room there are many first time players attracted to the site. This makes for some of the loosest games on the internet!!
Other Features
The poker room features are being developed all the time with things like 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 times pot size bet buttons added to help with correct size betting a nice recently added feature. The on screen statistics give details on the in game standards; Games played, Games won, Number of flops seen and showdowns won. From the same menu you can access the game information screen which gives details on the number hands per hour, average pot size and players/flop.

Support wise, they have catered for the two most popular methods of contact for internet based players, e-mail support and live chat support. They are renowned for having excellent customer support so only expect a short wait when having to deal with them.
NEGATIVES
There really is not a lot wrong with the poker room. They are gently building traffic and there is plenty of action to be had at the tables. There are only really a couple of small issues which might begrudge some players. The first of which is that players must rake over €100 a month in order to receive rakeback. The second of which is that it is not available to US players as of yet.
